Power of court to appoint trustee
13The court may appoint a replacement or additional trustee if
(a)
the court removes a trustee under section 21, or
(b)
the court is of the opinion that
(i)
the appointment of a trustee would otherwise be inexpedient, difficult or impracticable, and
(ii)
the appointment of a replacement or additional trustee is in the best interests of the beneficiaries or purposes of the trust or its good administration.
